• Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or other fees imposed by suppliers.
• Customers must ensure they have the appropriate travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, as their destination country requires.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
• As per the package terms, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified digital payment methods.
• Any outstanding balances must be settled before the tour commencement date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made by customers are subject to the specific package’s cancellation policy.
• T2F Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or low participation. In such cases, no refund or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.

4. Liabilities and Responsibilities

• T2F Tours acts only as an intermediary for travel services and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or changes caused by third-party providers.
• Customers are responsible for securing their own travel insurance to cover risks such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost baggage.
• The traveler is responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of personal belongings.

5. Code of Conduct

• Travelers must adhere to local laws and customs while on tour.
• T2F Tours reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in illegal activities, misconduct, or behavior that disrupts the tour experience.

6. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of DE, USA.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of DE, USA.
• Customers agree to comply with all applicable international travel regulations and guidelines.

7. Amendments to Terms

• T2F Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Above is just the proposal and the prices are subject to change at the time of booking.

Rates are subject to change during Black-Out dates, Conventions, in Las Vegas and Niagara Falls during weekend nights unless otherwise noted

Client is responsible to check the proposal and inclusion if there is any missing services or discrepancy in the proposal. Please verify the inclusions as additional items can only be provided at additional cost.

Please note that rates are based on quoted group size, if group size changes the rates will be adjusted accordingly.

FOC for Tour Leader does not include major attraction tickets, unless otherwise specified

Tips are mandatory to the driver in USA min. of $5.00 per person per day and should be settled with the driver.

For FIT Query- No Resort Fees/Destination Fees of any hotel are included in the proposal.

Booking Terms, Payment Terms, Airline Terms and General Terms & condition will be given upon confirmation of the Query.
